Integrated Controls and Software
Vanriet conveyor and robot palletising systems are controlled by PLC's and PCs.
These controls can communicate with systems, which are higher or lower in the hierarchy, so that the operator is able to influence and control the production process.
For instance, the control system interpreting a bar code is used to ensure that the product is transported automatically to the right destination.
Instructions can be given from a higher control system, which are then independently executed by the Vanriet system, which then reports back, when the task is completed.
With these systems full SCADA management information included product routing data and system status can be provided.
