Auto Sorter
The Auto-Sorter has a maximum capacity of about 8000 packages per hour and, due to its unique operating made, it is highly accurate. Its various patented parts make it a maintenance friendly system. The sorting unit consists of aluminium support sections on which are mounted 'plastic sliding shoes'.
The computer sends the right number of sliding shoes to the appropriate side of the package. At the specified sorting station the diverter is activated and the package is gently pushed off to the left or right.

Ace Sorter
Like the Auto-Sorter, the Ace-Sorter is based on the sliding shoe principle. The Ace-Sorter has been specially developed to sort products up to a maximum width of 600mm, at high rates of throughput. The Ace-Sorter can sort a wide variety of products and has a maximum capacity of approximately 9000 products per hour. Both single and dual sided sorting is possible within the same frame structure.

Vari Sorter
This sorter has a maximum capacity of 4500 products per hour. The sorter consists of flat belt conveyors with various pre-sorting units, followed by a number of sorting units with outlet chutes. The pre-sorting unit ensures that the package is pre-sorted to the correct side of the chute immediately after coding. Depending on its final destination, the package is positioned on the right or left of the belt by means of swivel wheels that cause the package to change direction. The swivel wheels pop-up, swivelled, above the level of the belt and ensure that the package is moved to the correct removal belt. The sorting unit can be designed for single sided or dual-sided diverting.

Maxi Sorter
The Maxi-Sorter is capable of sorting large and small products of a variety of shapes, materials and weights. The Maxi-Sorter is a heavy duty version of the Quick-Sorter and uses the same sorting method. The Maxi-Sorter has a maximum capacity of 2500 sorting movements per hour and sorts packages up to 25-Kg.
